INGREDIENTS :
Potato, Edible Common Salt,
Onion Chilli, Garlic, Coriander, Tomato Powder,
Dry Mango, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Fennel,
Cumin, Corn Starch, Clove, Bay Leaf, Cassia
Bark (Taj), Caraway, Mace, Asafoeda
Ingredients Required
1 cup/150g green peas, blanched and smashed
1 medium / 50g capsicum, finely chopped
3 medium / 200g tomatoes, finely chopped
Enre packet of Assal Pav Bhaji Mix (60g)
3 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp buer,2 cups/400 ml water
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes and sauté for
4-5 minutes ll oil oozes out. Add capsicum and
sauté for a minute. Add green peas and cook
for 1-2 minutes. Add Assal Pav Bhaji Mix and
cook for a minute. Add water, mix well and cook
ll mixture thickens. Add buer and garnish
with chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves.
Serve piping hot with buered ‘Pav
